Believe it or not, some recruiters struggle to understand and clearly track their own revenue levels and what percentages, revenue targets and deals they have made and how close they are to receiving a commission.
 
While many agencies have effective internal systems in place to track this and give recruiters regular reporting on where they are, some agencies have unclear tracking systems and commission schemes which make it difficult for recruiters to track their revenue and current pipelines.
